The interview process was very organized. I did wait for quite a while to hear back about my application but this is I think normal as they were likely reviewing all the applications. After the initial interview with Nika, the process was quite quick and organized, with different stages of interviews and a test. I liked that we discussed everything very openly from the beginning, including paycheck expectations which is usually left for the very end, oftentimes wasting everyone's time, so I liked that it wasn't like this here.
