An initial interview is conducted by the HR country manager. She asked me of my previous experience in the design and if I have the technical experience in overseeing a production process. After I've satisfied her inquiries and passed the initial interview, I was scheduled to have a phone interview with the marketing director who is based in the US. She asked similar questions regarding my experience and technical know how plus my experience in handling a team of designers. I provided details on my resume regarding my experiencing in training designers from my previous projects.
