5(!) interviews all the way to the VP of the company. After the 5th, complete radio silence for a basically a month only to get a rejection, no feedback or rationale. Job position still open and one big waste of time.

Had 5 interviews with the company. Process took almost 3 months. After the 5th interview, heard nothing from them for a month. Then got a generic rejection email that they moved on with a different candidate. Glad to see someone else had the same experience! 5 interviews is ridiculous. The most frustrating part was that they would schedule interviews with different members of the team back to back, so you would have to give your same pitch over and over. I wish they would have been capable of coordinating interviews with multiple people from their company at the same time... It was all virtual so it 100% could have been possible.
