You first start with a video interview that was only five questions, next you do a phone interview, and finally you interview in person. The last two interviews were like a conversation so make sure you know your resume well, and that you have talking points.
During the video interview they asked basic questions, you should be fine as long as you prepare well by knowing the company and yourself.
The interview consisted primarily of qualitative questions, many surrounding what interests you in sales and marketing and Bozzuto, as well as an explanation of your background and interests. They really wanted to get a sense of who you are as a person and how well you’d fit the company.
Did an initial phone screening with the internship director. Very seamless video interview process with different team members. There was ample time for them to get to know me and for me to ask my questions about company culture, etc.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had two conflicting deadlines; how did you manage them?
i only had one phone call with a recruiter after having emailed back and forth. it was 30 minutes and she asked a lot of sales and real estate related questions to which I didn't have a lot of answers to. overall, she made it seem like my lack of real estate experience was an issue and i did not receive an offer.
