Entretien
Had over an hour phone interview with owners and management. They asked a lot of good questions and seemed very professional, personal and interested. Another interview was scheduled the following week for in-person. I was asked to provide references and educational info and I had to take a drug test.

Question 1
The managers were from different areas and asked "What do you think Designers want?" which is a pretty open question which is dependant on area, competiton and personalities. In retrospect, I think they were desperate to save their sinking ship.
