It was a regular, formal interview application structure - submitted an application online with CV, then a phone call and two meetings meeting with two people (boss and HR). Communication was smooth and prompt. Asked technical questions and very specific to area of law interviewing for.
Casual call with recruiter then interview with recruiter and partner, discussed what role entailed, what/who they were looking, how they handled development within the team and firm and previous work experience.
