J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Box
Entretien
Several calls then an onsite loop and presentation. My feeling was the focus was on superficial matters (looks, etc.) more than actual experience and capability. Your interviews going well will mean nothing if the interviewer simply doesn't like the way you look. Don't waste your time.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Box
Entretien
The entire process took 1 month. It started with a call with a recruiter. Following that was a call with a manager. Last step was back-to-back interviews with three members of the consulting team, followed by a mock demo given by me. My decision was given to me before a call with the regional director.
Overall it was very straightforward and they did a great job at being transparent with the process. Everyone at Box is very friendly and open to questions. They did a good job at conveying the culture at Box and I believe the interview process does a good job at finding candidates who really belong.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Box (San Francisco, CA) en juil. 2021
Entretien
The process started with a recruiter call, then manager call, then 3 back-to-back interviews with team members, then finally a mock kickoff presentation/demo to those team members.
They were straightforward with the process from the beginning and were always offering resources to answer questions. I felt they did a great job at conveying Box culture and making sure I was a good fit for the team.

Question 1
The questions were typical questions about experience, client-facing, technical projects & challenges faced in previous roles. Nothing too technical or involving code (unless you chose to do this in the Demo).
