It was a very quick and smooth process. The people who interviewed me were super friendly and nice. The recruiter asked me about my resume and experiences, and questions like, "describe a time... working in teams/conflict/etc." I got a response within an hour and moved to the next round. Second interview was with the team manager. I was asked about my future plans/background and the manager mainly discussed the position and allowed me to ask questions. They really want someone who is the right fit for the position, so it would be best to only apply for the positions that meet 99% of their qualifications. Didn't make it to the on-site interview. :( But Box definitely seems to have a great work culture and happy employees!
