The initial conversation after applying online was a 30 minute phone screening with the recruiter, which was talking with the recruiter about your experience, what you know about the company, etc. It was a very casual conversation. The next step was a phone interview with the hiring manager. This conversation was a little more challenging and will have you thinking on your feet. The next step after speaking with the hiring manager is the on-site interview OR a Google Hangout depending on your location. The day consisted of three rounds of interviews with the team and one with the hiring manager. After this step, there was a candidate exercise to uncover how you prioritize. The last step in the process was a phone interview with a sales director. Throughout my entire interview process, my recruiter was working with me and ensuring my preparation for each round. Each person I spoke with during the interview process was easy to talk with and had advice to offer. From applying online to receiving an offer, this process was about three weeks long. Box's process is unlike most interviews I've had. As there are a lot of interviews involved in the process, Box truly invests its time and people in order to find the right fit for each role.
