When I interviewed for BA, I felt like the team really cared about me as an individual. The questions they asked me were mostly job-related, but they also asked me things about how I practice self-care which I thought was unique, in a good way. They have a very organized system and communicate with you each step of the way, so you know what to expect during the process. I had interviews both in-person and via MS Teams. It is evident that they value taking care of their employees.
