Entretien
I recently went through the interview process with Bottomline, which took less than a month from start to finish. After applying for the position, I quickly received an email to schedule my first interview. The initial interview went very well, and the process moved forward smoothly.
I had the opportunity to meet with those who would be my direct reports, as well as a peer, which provided valuable insight into the team dynamics. The entire interview process consisted of around 3 hours across different meetings and included a short project.
What I appreciated most about the experience was how conversational the interviews were. It wasn’t just about answering questions but engaging in a genuine exchange, which allowed both sides to really get to know each other on a personal and professional level. Overall, it was a positive and insightful experience!
