I had a phone interview then given the option for virtual or in person for first and final round. Got to meet people in different roles in the organization. They had pretty general behavioral questions, and an activity for final round.
Interview process was very straight forward, various stakeholders involved. Started with phone screen, then one-on-one, then panel with manager and other advisors. Interviewers were friendly and accessible. There was also a brief thought exercise to work through.
