Very long and clinical process my advice is to connect with people in the company and ask for interview role plays and feedback. The more the merrier. Be confident and if you don’t know the answer then don’t make one up
Comprehensive - the HR, director and manager are all thorough in knowing you as a person before moving on to the next stage of interview. Be prepared to answer many questions and go through your resume at length, including elaborating on personal aspirations.
