no clarity on the organization structure and pay grade. There were different clarity provided by different people which is confusion as a new person entering the organization. People who are interviewing with Boston needs to be careful on pay grades.

What is your experience in your previous organization
Very easy, just a quick run down of what you’d be doing and that was pretty much it after you got certified. Easy going environment to work as well. Two different staffing companies inside of Boston scientific makes for easy hiring.
