Multiple phone calls followed by multiple zoom interviews back-to-back, no breaks tiring!

Very behavioral based questions. Be prepared to provide examples. Make sure to empasis collaboration, and personality questions. It depends on the area, but you may have an introductory, then a panel, then a final round with the hiring manager.

Name a time when you created and executed a digital marketing campaign start to finish and what were the results.
The process took too long. Ended up getting offers from other companies. Overall the process took 3 months. They take their time hiring. HR was kind, but I wasn’t under the impression they move quickly.

First round was a call with a recruiter Second round included a panel of interviews with a ranger of levels (peer, group managers, director) The questions included situational questions and experiential questions, and they were appropriate for the position.
