It was half a paired interview and half an individual interview. For the paired interview, we worked on a brief project together for a bit and presented our ideas. The individual interview was largely behavioral.

Via campus recruitment. First asked to complete a simple critical thinking and presentation task with another interviewee. This is meant to assess collaborative ability. Afterward, you answer questions on your process and split up to start the general interview process.
