Terrible experience. Had a phone screen with the hiring manager. Recruiter said will reply back in a week, but hasn't even replied to couple of follow up emails I sent 2 weeks after the phone screen. This is the 1st exposure of the company to candidates and the impression is bad.

Talked with the recruiter to set up a phone interview. I missed the e-mail for a few weeks because of an issue with my phone not notifying but we were still able to set up a phone screen interview. The phone screening employee was in a meeting and was a about a half an hour late. Unfortunately for me this was at night when I was on the other side of the world for work. Still the phone interview process went finr and I did get an on-site interview. It consisted of two or three panels of three or four people at a time. They asked questions about my background experience and career plans and had a lot of Behavioral questions. It was quite formal they even specifically wanted me to reply in S T A R Format which I felt was kind of funny since most people already understand how to reply to behavioral questions but that's okay I guess. In the end I guess I didn't have the very specific experience that they needed though I really do feel I could have done the job rather well but obviously that's not up to me to decide.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Boston Scientific (Marlborough, MA) en oct. 2017
Entretien
This was for the Strategic Innovations Group in Boston Scientific (BSC).
Two phone interviews, followed by on-site interviews with 5 engineering managers (30 min each).
Everyone was friendly. Good conversation about my background, experiences, overall interests, and long term goals. One person was pulled in for a deeper dive in basic electrical engineering questions involving circuit theory and algorithms. One manager asked open ended questions about my management style and approach. Another asked open ended questions on clinical design. Another asked whether if I would be excited working on that particular project.
The interview process was pleasant, however BSC's post-interview management was disappointing. They went simply radio silent (including the recruiter). It is understandable that everyone is very busy, but you would think that the HR representative would have a minute to let the candidate know that they weren't selected.
