Simple one on one interview with the recruiter. It was at a conference and the interview took place in a small booth. All behavioral questions, and no technical questions were asked. Seemed like the recruiter wanted to get to know how I would handle certain situations. He primarily focused on how I handle team situations and to explain past group experiences I've had.

It was very nice. I had phone call with HR than I was invited for a interview in person and Assessment Center. During the interview everything was clear and smooth.

Entrevista estandar en Español e inglés. Con preguntas de conta general. Para el area de Cuentas por pagar (AP), 30 minutos, no hay entrevista con RH aparte de las llamadas y hay prueba de orina.
It was a relatively straightforward interview process. The interviewer first asked some questions regarding supply chain concepts, after which they proceeded to explain what the team does and ended by outlining some job expectations.
