J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Boston Scientific
Entretien
Interview process took about 3 weeks. It was 4 steps starting with a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was invited to an onsite interview which took 1.5 hours. The I was asked to do a small standard project in a week and write a report about my solution. After that I was invited to another onsite interview to present my thoughts and solutions to the project I have given and a couple of individual interviews. It took about 6 hours.

Some behavioral questions.
Just a bit about your scientific background.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Boston Scientific en mai 2021
Entretien
Went through multiple interviews including a 2+ hour technical interview that all went very well, received great feedback and plenty of happy comments.
The final 1.5-hour interview was scheduled with some of the leadership team and other parts of the business. 5 minutes before the interview was set to start I received a call that the director had canceled the interview and the rest of the process due to not meeting resume requirements. This was after over 4 hours of interviewing. Was very disrespectful of both my time and theirs and shows a gross disconnect in the communication between the different management levels.
This is not the place to work for those with non-traditional backgrounds or who are over-performers.
