saw the job on h.r connect applied through supervisor and manager.proceeding to interview asked what experince in that field i had,how i got on with co workers and would i be willing to return to collage and change shift if asked to do so and so on.Knew it was an internal hire so was confident of getting job even though i knew there was a person from the polymer area also applying for the job.
