In my case, interview consisted of two rounds -- a brief screening (about 30~ minutes over zoom), followed by a panel interview, where I was interviewed by senior software engineers and the director of software work at the boston red sox.

Question 1
"I see that you have Pentesting on your resume -- could you talk a little bit about what that means exactly?"
Phone screen was relatively simple, just simple background questions (why do you want this job, are you willing to relocate, etc). My advice would be to 1. come prepared with the ability to elaborate on your resume (seemed like they skimmed mine) and be yourself.

30 min call then two more 30min calls. Didnt even explain what the job was or would entail as 'another call later this week' would explain it all. (That call never happened)
Waited a week then got denied. Asked for feedback and recruiter and hiring manager still have not responded. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
