Applied online got a call about a week later to have an interview with the director where I was briefed on the department and job description. Next interview was with senior members of the department who asked a lot of situational questions and typical interview questions. Got a call from HR a few weeks later and was offered the job after my references were checked. Everyone was really friendly and accessible outside of the interviews.
