I applied online via snagajob, got a call to get interviewed a week later... The interviewer was just one manager guy who surprisingly was honest and we talked and I answered a few questions bluntly for him. He said that he was looking for a social and outgoing people who could start conversations, smile and all that jazz as Boston Market was changing their policy. So instead of training one of the existing employers, he was going to take the easy way out and hire a friendly one. When I walked in I could understand his position because the servers were like very shy and old dogs that just served the food and barely made eye contact with the people. He asked if I could do all the outgoing things, and he told me to be honest so that we both wouldn't wasting each other's time... I told him no, I was the quiet reserved type and he realized that as I was quieter then his appearantly... He asked "Tell me about yourself" And I responded bluntly and truthfully.. Nice position to apply to if you're outgoing, not so much for my silent type.
