J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Boston Consulting Group (Copenhague, Hovedstaden)
Entretien
First interview was a phone call screening with HR which was pretty easy. Got offered a first round interview with the manager of the team straight away. The interview was fine but they asked very weird questions that were not about my experience at all! Questions like "Are you someone that drives the cultural agenda or do you prefer to sit in the background". It was a very casual conversation and then they ghosted me, I called the HR rep and emailed several times and she never answered. Finally got a hold of the manager who interviewed me who sent a very generic "we've had a lot of applications for this role and we're sorry but your skills and experience don't match". It was a bit of a joke because they didn't even ask about my skills and experience in the interview. Took 2 more emails to get some more personalised feedback which was that I didn't have experience working for a consulting firm (which in the interview he said it didn't matter). I think it was a bit of a hoax really - maybe just a standard process they have to go through when they already have someone else in mind for the job?
