You will then move on to the next interview where you speak with the hiring manager more in-depth about your resume and experiences. But HR will completely ghost you if they decided not to go with you as their candidate.

The interview process is intentional and deeply requires one to study extremely hard in order to be successful. They use actual cases in the interview and hence it requires one to look at case studies and practice with a friend.

You apply through website. They then screen your application. You get invited to case study preparations, where they prepare you for the interview and let you ask questions. Then you have your case interviews. The interviews consist of fit interviews and then the actual case. That’s as far as I got.
