Process went smoothly. Was nervous at first than realized I just needed to be myself. The HR recruiter and the Nurse Manager were welcoming. The interview was formal but still conversational.

I was called in for an interview as a new grad nurse on a floor where I completed a semester on. Interview with HR was standard with typical questions. Interview with floor manager the same day. Floor manager was incredibly busy and in my opinion was not able to focus on the way I was answering my question. I find it completely unprofessional to be reading emails while in the middle of an interview. Perhaps a reschedule would have worked best. Needless to say, would not want to work at a place in which the manager can't focus on the task at hand
