It was a fairly straight forward interview . Spoke with three different managers, all were pleasant. Lots of situational scenarios and personality based questions. Took about an hour to go through all the questions
A very routine nursing interview, the interviewer was very friendly and asked questions about me, my interests and why I wanted to work at Boston Children's, there were minimal situational questions. I was offered the job on the spot and accepted.

I submitted my application on Boston Children Hospitals website. My application was followed up with email out reach asking to set up a phone screening, and then set up a zoom interview, emails sent for references.

It was a good interview process. Called back very quickly. They were nice people. and answered all of my questions. It was a fast and didn't have a bad experience.
