The interview was brief and to the point. Those who interviewed (and I say this with all respect) were great and approachable. The questions that were asked were fair and were all relevant to the position and to me (i.e. no ridiculous hypothetical questions that catch people off guard). The on boarding process unfortunately took a while (2 months) but it was worth the wait as it made sense for the hospital to be thorough of who they are hiring.

Phone screening with an administrator in the department, they were unable to provide feedback on what any specifics of the job entailed. Invited for in person interview first with the director then with other staff members. Found them all to be looking for different candidates, it seemed to be a disjointed interview where they were unsure what they wanted.
