Mainly 1:1 interviews with group seminar and Q&A. Brief session with practice administrator who seemed pleasant but very junior. Limited HR information was given. Tour of relevant clinical and inpatient facilities. 1:1 interviews were mild and non-aggressive but not that informative. Lunch with some residents/fellows was pretty informative. Credentialing was efficient and streamlined and all costs for licensing etc were covered. Overall relatively positive experience leading to me accepting offer despite surprisingly low salary but good benefits package.
