It was friendly and not intimidating in the least. The interview lasted for about 20 minutes and I was called in for a second interview two days later and was offered the position about a week later.

Quick and easy process, was just a one to one interview with the store manager, was quite relaxed, lasted around 30 mins and he gave lots of feedback about my answers after each question
