Few steps. One f2f interview one phone interview going up the management. They ask questions about yourself and asked questions about how to sell. Then the phone interview was to build rapport with the top manager. Very heirarchical structure.

The interview was quite long but very easy but make sure to become prepared to talk about your experience in sales. If you can sell a pen then show that you have to skills to be a salesmen.
