Very straight forward. there was a panel doing the interview. The panel consisted of the hiring manager, two engineers directly reporting to the hiring manager and another staff member in another department. The Engineers were very relaxed and appeared very new at interviewing. they did not have formal questions. They asked questions that popped into their heads and not very prepared.

The interview was conducted over MS Teams. It was fairly straighforward. Although it was conducted not by the hiring or task manager, but by some of the other engineers on the project.

Two phone interviews: One phone screen with OIC and one with human resources. I then had a teleconference with the program manager and the director. I was referred to the OIC by a Booz Allen Hamilton employee.
