I sent my CV via a contact within the company. Followed up with recruitment coordinator. Had a 3 45-minutes interviews scheduled in one day. All three interviews were a mix of cases and behavioral questions. The interviewers were very friendly.

the interviews are not difficult if the candidate is prepared. Typical case questions require being familiar with certain frameworks.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
