The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Interviewers were very easy to talk to and responded quickly. The whole process took less than a week. They were very flexible with scheduling and ensuring that every applicant had a fair and equal chance to interview.
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
