The process was very simple. I applied and was called for an interview over the phone. It went very well. The questions I was asked were mostly technical, though I feel like they were also trying to understand my personality .
First interview was with a fun and respectful recruiter--very positive. Second interview was with a front-office employee who was a bit abrasive, making comments that he wasn't sure I was qualified for what he wanted me to do. Overall, this negativity drove me away

Their process was not very transparent; it took a long time to hear back and there was little closure. HR overall is lacking, but that is just the nature of the company. The initial "screen" is somewhat of an interview, and mostly a resume review.

Be prepared to do research on the company and ask questions at the end of your interview!
