Friendly and relaxed, was asked usual questions about my previous experience and why I want to work for boots. I was then shown around and met the team. The whole process took around 4 weeks.

Sat in one of the optical exam rooms and talked about what I have done recently. Then there were about 7 competency questions which corporate said to answer in 'CAR' format (context, action, result)

Over the phone interview, woman I was interviewed by came across a little rude and didn't seem to care all that much. There was no follow up phone call just an email to say I didn't get the job.
