There was an interview with the human resources director, then the work team and then one of the partners. They kept me well informed throughout the process and told me what I might expect at each next step - so I could be well prepared. I particularly liked the team panel - the questions were really well designed. I was able to communicate about my strengths - but I also could tell who they were - and if I could fit in with them. I think it took a little over a month - it was very well timed - they didn't drag their feet. They were very good at interviewing. I knew that I was being assessed fairly. I had confidence in that from the way the interviews were conducted.
