Extremely strenuous process, they keep you waiting for long hours as if you don't have a life, and it's quite an indication of how they treat you as an employee.

The interview process was easy. To check the writing skills of a person, they ask them to write a letter to the PM, difference b/w they're, their and there, etc which are easy. Two HR rounds in which each HR will try to show that they are doing something very important with the company. The office seemed like a 2BHK Flat-turned-into-office. You can sense the negative aura in the workplace as soon as you enter. The management will make you wait and wait as they presume that you don't have anything else to do. The boss seemed a little cranky as the employees were cursing her right in front of me. Moreover, they will tell you that you have to come for another round as you have cleared the first two and they will forget about it (as they are too busy to remember). Worst company I have ever been interviewed with.
