I had two interviews so far, and the process has been very smooth and professional. The first interview was with HR, over the phone for about 30 minutes. It was a structured conversation — not general questions, but very specific ones, almost like he had a checklist to make sure I met certain standards. He asked for concrete examples from my experience to see if I would be a good fit. The second interview was with the hiring manager, also about 30 minutes. This one was more general and conversational, focused on me as a person and on my background rather than technical details. It felt like he wanted to get to know me and see if I’d be a good cultural fit. Both interviewers were very nice and professional, and the whole process felt positive. Scheduling was very easy through their platform, and I really appreciated how fast they provided feedback after each step. I’m now waiting for the next interview and so far I feel the process is well organized and candidate-friendly.
