First Round with Hiring Manager, it was good conversation. Gave detailed information about the role and company.
Two Technical Rounds (Back to Back)
It was good conversation with the folks asked about my work and challenges faced.
Answered all my questions about the role. and team.
HR Round: Interviewer was 20 minutes late for 30 minutes meeting. (🚩🚩)
Gave a overview about the company and hr policies. Discussed the CTC. Assured me an update with in a week.
No update till 2 weeks. No reply to emails.
Finally gave a call to the recruiter. Informed that the position is on hold. 😡

6 rounds of interviews, manager senior manager and peers and finally sales presentation and meet with country manager. Typical saas sales process that nothing out of the normal. Prepare well for the presentation with your sales plan.

The moment I entered the initial interview, I realized that they weren't interested and felt like a chore. The interview usually takes half an hour but it ended in 10 minutes. No opportunity to ask questions and all I was given was typical "we'll get back to you when we move onto the next step".

first round with HR and second round with CSMs were pleasant. They showed genuine interest in learning what I do and how that could/could not be a fit.
The third round with the hiring manager though showed me a little bit more insight on the role's day-to-day, and the team's focus on data support from a sub-team in India.
