Go in for the Interview, it has general questions about past experience and what you can bring to the company, then asks about what you think good service is and has a question about who Booker customers are. Super easy
Fairly informal, asked the basic questions as expected. Decent communication throughout process. Make sure to understand health and safety as this was a prominent topic of conversation in the interview.
An easy interview, very laid back style. More of a chat with a member of the management team. Whole thing lasted roughly 40 minutes. Was told to expect a phone call with a decision a few days later.
