Called for a phone screen and then told to meet at the office. Located on a single floor of a multiple story building. Nice and clean office, as you'd expect from a start-up environment. Everyone I saw was friendly. Interviewed with 3 different people. The first person was the recruiter who I did the phone screen with, then two department managers. I was asked just basic questions at first (first person) and then mostly behavioral ones (not the best kind of behavior questions they could of asked, I felt). Interview was about two hours long, I recall.
