Stay clear of this POS Firm. My CV was submitted to them and instead; they went on a tangent of criticising that my CV focused on my highlights which is the purpose of a CV with the intention to draw attention and delve in much deeper during an Interview. They then stated that it should be 2 to 3 pages longer than the 2 pages I’ve crafted and structured which was strategic as many ATS’ only allow your CV to be a certain length. Looking at their workforce; you can barely see any diversity and as I relayed back to the external recruiter; it won’t be a place fit for me to work. A bullet dodged.
