It was a 360 interview with the executive team, which can be very intimidating - but everyone I spoke with was so warm and approachable. They asked pretty standard questions relating to my experience and some behavioral questions. It was made clear what characteristics the executives wanted the person in this role to emulate. It was a lengthy interview, but not overly difficult. I got the vibe they all care deeply about the company and they were genuinely trying to get to know who I was as a person, and thus as an employee.
