The interview with the HR person was really quick, as she did not care to introduce about neither the company nor the role. I was asked 3 questions, none of which was related to my prior experience or with the intention to evaluate my skills. And that was the end of the recruitment process, I was shocked. Apparently the candidate experience does not exist and the HR person also shared that the company is not expecting any growth in the near future, and they are happy with keeping the team this way. I think it was such a waste of time of both sides and personally won’t ever apply again.
