Interview process felt unprofessional for a Manager role. The interview was conducted by junior executives who were unclear about the marketing direction and ended up asking for business strategy opinions instead.
There was no clear direction at all. A week later, hiring was frozen due to a change in direction. Overall, the process felt poorly planned, unprepared, and more like a strategy consultation than an actual manager-level interview.

What is the strategy that you can help company to increase sales?
Straight foward style, easy to comprehend the expectations and fast response. HR and Hiring Manager met me at the same time to keep the overall process short. I've answered all the questions and got my offer less than a week. Onboarding processes are also immediately given after signed offer letter.
