After applying online and submitting my resume I was contacted by email for a group tour of the plant. After the plant tour, each of the candidates was interviewed individually. The interview was very easy. It included a quick one-on-one interview to understand the job requirements and explain my qualifications. After a couple of weeks I received a phone call with a job offer.
