The interview went very well. I was told I’d passed the first round and would have a second interview scheduled with the CMO within the next few days. The interviewer (chief of staff) was very warm and positive. I sent my usual follow up email to thank her for her time and to express that I was very interested in the position. Then silence. I was confused because she had checked the CMO’s schedule during our call and told me he’d have availability within the next few days. After a week of not hearing anything I emailed to let her know that I’d be traveling in a different time zone and gave my updated availability. Again, radio silence. After another few weeks and some job offers from other companies I let Forj know that I was wondering if the position was still available or if I should cross them off my list. I got no response.
