Conducted as a basic interview process. Sir down with manager/supervisor, answer questions truthfully, learn more about the role and company, then finish off asking your questions. I prepared at least 10 questions just in case anything I had prepared would be answer automatically during the interview. By the end, a couple of my questions were answered during the interview before it got to the point where I asked mine. Overall standard, with a lot of preparation, it is not nerve wracking.
