The first meeting was mostly an introduction to the CEO and CTO in their office where they gave me an overview of the business and product. I later had a follow-up call with the CTO so that we could ask more questions of each other. From there, I was given a code test to do on my own time, which I spent two evenings on. Finally, I went back into their office to give a brief overview of my code test solution and had a soft 1:1 with one of the company's engineers whom I had not met yet. Each of these was about a week apart due to scheduling constraints on my end.
